- Phase Change Material releases long-lasting, temperature-specific (58 degrees F, 14 degrees C), cooling relief.
- Non-toxic, non-flammable, durable, reusable, lighter than water, and does not produce condensation.
- Simply place in a freezer until solid. Or submerge inserts in ice water for up to 45 minutes.
- Place inserts to garment pockets.
- Wear comfortably; repeat steps as needed (or use additional inserts for continuous relief).

I bought this cooling vest as a gift for my grandson who works as an Electrician Apprentice. He works in the heat to handle electrical issues. I love this vest and the price. It was $20 less then on Amazon. My friend wears the same one but it’s an older version. I think this will hold up better then hers. We both have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. My only complaint was that it took a long time to get to my house.

The vest and cool packs are good quality. Keeps you cool not cold, just like the advertising states. Lasts around 2 to 2.5 hours depending on outside temperature. Overall it does its job, just need to get extra cool packs depending on how long you expect to use it. Great for yard work.
