Returning your order — 3 easy steps
Shipping options
Orders placed before 10am ET on business days typically ship the same day. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. We currently ship within the US and to Canada.
Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. During the holidays, orders placed from November 1 are returnable through January 31. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. It typically takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Start an exchange in the returns portal and select the replacement item or size. If the new item differs in price, the portal will walk you through any balance. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Used or worn items, items without original tags or packaging, final-sale and clearance items, and gift cards can't be returned. Certain hygiene-sensitive products may also be non-returnable.
Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
A prepaid return label is generated in the portal. Any return shipping fee is shown before you confirm. Returns for damaged or incorrect items are always free.
