Orders & shipping

Placing orders, delivery times, and tracking.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business day. Standard delivery takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location; expedited takes 2–3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Full rates and cutoffs are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Standard shipping is free on US orders over $49, or a $5 flat rate on orders under $49 (1–5 business days). Expedited 2–3 day shipping is $9.95. Canada is $30 standard or $65 expedited. See Shipping & Returns for details.

We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or 888-406-1984 and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once shipped, an order can't be changed but can be returned.

When your order ships we email a tracking link. You can also find tracking in your account under Order History, or reply to your confirmation email and we'll look it up for you.

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. We don't offer shipping to other countries at this time.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus PayPal, Venmo and Google Pay at checkout for a faster, secure experience.

Yes. If you find a lower advertised price on an identical, in-stock item from an authorized US retailer, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll review it for a match. Some exclusions apply, including marketplace and auction sellers, clearance, and limited-time doorbusters.

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and PCI-compliant, and we never store your full card details. You can also pay through PayPal, Venmo or Google Pay if you prefer not to enter card information directly.

We run seasonal promotions and offer discounts to email subscribers. Sign up at the bottom of any page to be the first to hear about sales, and enter any active code in the discount box at checkout.

Returns & warranty

Our return window, refunds, and manufacturer warranties.

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return of unused items in original condition with tags and packaging. Holiday orders placed from November 1 are returnable through January 31. Start any return or exchange in our returns portal.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. It typically takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Many of the brands we carry include a manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product. If you have a warranty issue, please check our warranty page.

Products & cooling technology

How our cooling gear works and how to choose it.

It depends on the technology. Evaporative products (cooling towels, vests, and neck wraps) use water evaporation to pull heat away from your skin. Battery-powered fans and misters move air or fine mist for a wind-chill effect. Phase-change and gel packs stay cool at a set temperature for a fixed period. Circulatory cooling pumps chilled water throughout the product for maximum cooling efect. Each product page lists which method it uses.

For all-day passive cooling, evaporative towels and vests are hard to beat. For active airflow at a desk, jobsite, or outdoors, go with a battery fan or misting fan. For medical or high-heat needs where consistent temperature matters, look at phase-change cooling vests or circulatory cooling vests. If you're not sure, contact us with what you'll use it for, and we'll point you to the right option.

Evaporative products typically stay cool for 1–4 hours per soak and can be re-activated with water. Phase-change packs generally last 2–3 hours before needing a recharge in cool water or a refrigerator. Battery products run as long as their charge lasts — see the next section for runtimes.

Many customers use our cooling vests and wraps for MS, heat sensitivity, and other conditions. We're happy to help you compare options, but we can't give medical advice — please check with your healthcare provider about what's appropriate for you.

Care & batteries

Cleaning, storage, charging, and runtimes.

Most evaporative towels and wraps can be hand-washed with mild soap and air-dried. For battery-powered items, always remove the battery or power source before cleaning and wipe with a damp cloth. Always follow the care instructions included with your specific product.

Runtime depends on the product and the setting you use. Most rechargeable handheld fans and misters run several hours per charge on lower settings, less on high. The product page and manual list the expected runtime for each item.

Make sure evaporative items are completely dry before storing to prevent mildew. For battery products, charge the battery to about half and store it in a cool, dry place; top it off before your next use. Keep everything out of direct sunlight and extreme heat.
