This is the second cooling jacket I've purchased. The last one was Techniche TechKewl 6626 for my spouse, so repeat buying says it all. We've been very happy with the 6626 model.
The 2023 heat wave and high humidity made working outdoors, even in the morning, unbearable. (Sweat doesn't evaporate enough to cool you at 85 degrees and 98% humidity.)
I was glad the see that the outer plastic material of the cooling inserts had been changed to something softer and more pliable. I believe previous leakage was due to the stiffer plastic giving way after repeated bending.

We own and operate www.LEssardsGutters.com out of New Braunfels Texas. The temperatures here have been as high as 115 with heat index . My crews usually put these on around 2pm and they last 2 to 3 hours to help them finish the jobs.

Not as much anymore. The VA gave me two vests that don’t work well. The suffering from nerve damage and inability to cool my body is intense and deadly.
