How to Use: Upper Body Wrap, Spine & Back Pack: Prior to heating, remove all paper, staples and plastic packaging. For Spine & Back Pack only _ before heating, fold the wrap in the middle and make sure the Velcro straps are tucked between the wrap\xCDs sections. Heat on high in the microwave according to the time specified on the table (initial heating time). If wrap is not warm enough, add 15 seconds heating time. If microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the wrap halfway through heating process to even out temperature on the entire wrap and avoid hot spots. To reuse after application, reheat according to the time specified on the table (reuse heating time). Do not overheat product. For moist heat _ Upper Body Wrap, Spine & Back Pack: Prior to heating, mist fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet. To use as aromatic pack _ Natural Sleep Mask: It can be used in room temperature or be heated in the microwave to strengthen the lavender aroma. Prior to heating, remove any paper and plastic packaging from the mask. Heat the mask in the microwave for 10 seconds only.
