HOW TO USE:
- Charge Up – Fully charge power banks with provided charger kit.
- Plug-In – Connect the power bank to the USB plug located in the pocket.
- Turn On – Press and hold the touch-button control on the chest for 3 seconds. Press the touch-button to adjust the temperature.

The Jacket works well in the areas that are the heating zones. However, I would have like the heating elements to extend down the arms of the jacket. Also, the heating works better if there is pressure on the outside of the jacket, pushing it onto the person. Therefore, I would recommend the site make it clear to customers they should order a jacket to fit snugly. A loose-fitting jacket will not take full advantage of the heating feature. In addition, I use a much larger battery pack than what came with the jacket. Since I utilize the jacket at work for 8 straight hours on the hottest setting, the battery pack provided will be drained within 3-4 hours. I would suggest increasing the power storage of your battery packs and send 2 battery packs per jacket. In this manner, the customer can be charging one battery pack while the other one is working and then never miss time without the heated jacket.
