I was pleased when I used the sleeping mat. It cooled me down quickly so I could fall back to sleep. I think I'll get another for those long, hot summer nights, to trade off the cooling effect.

I bought 2, one for each pillow and trade off when needed. Needs straps to hold in place and also needs to be larger. If it wasn’t on sale I wouldn’t have purchased. Definitely not worth $30.
