"High Stretch" Windproof/Waterproof Materials _ For decades surfers have utilized neoprene garments to maintain a limitless range of motion atop the water. Now land-based athletes and outdoorsmen can experience that same fluidity and explosiveness. STORMR products conform to your body and move without binding or confining the wearer. The Neoprene core, water-tight thermal taped seams, water-repellent finish and micro-fleece lining keep the elements out while trapping warm air between your body and the jacket.
