A pump in the chiller unit circulates the cold or warm liquid to a tubing-lined garment. Thermal transfer takes place with the user's body and the liquid returns back to the chiller unit to be cooled or warmed again. The process continues in a closed loop as long as the unit is powered \"On\". MTCU is powered by 12-16V DC vehicle battery or rechargeable battery, and delivers 150-200W of cooling capacity or 120W heating capacity. User can set up the temperature at 16°F-86°F (-9°C - 30°C) with an accuracy of +\/-1 °C (2°F) for cold water, and 88°F-122°F (31°C - 50°C) with an accuracy of +\/-1 °C (2°F) for warm water.
