Flowtron electronic mosquito control device combines ultraviolet black light energy with exclusive reflector panels and Octenol mosquito lure to provide powerful insect control units that are ecologically safe, effective and economical to operate. Mosquitoes, flies and other light-sensitive flying insect pests are attracted by the ultraviolet light and special lure and are eliminated as they fly through the electrostatically charged grid. Dead insects drop out of the bottom, to be composted in the ground below.

The MC9000 is designed for outdoor use and is ideally suited for installation in yards, barns, stables, above dumpsters or wherever mosquitoes or flies are a threat to health and sanitation codes and where the use of toxic chemicals is dangerous, undesirable or banned.
