Complete waste of Money

I bought this fan in July 2016. Within a few days of use the motor burned out. Customer service was very prompt and sent a new fan motor assembly. I used the fan a few more days in the month of August and the fan motor burned out again. This time no response from customer service or Deco Breeze. So I spent $300 to use a fan for approximately 30 hours this summer. No restitution and absolutely no help from either of these companies. It is my pleasure to notify anyone not to buy this product or work with this company. I will be reporting this situation to the better business bureau.

Defective mechanical motor. Fans blades don't push air because they don't have any angle on them. Built to look like a fan but actually is a coat rack. Chinese workmanship at its best! Do not buy!
