I was pleased when I used the sleeping mat. It cooled me down quickly so I could fall back to sleep. I think I'll get another for those long, hot summer nights, to trade off the cooling effect.

I bought 2, one for each pillow and trade off when needed. Needs straps to hold in place and also needs to be larger. If it wasn’t on sale I wouldn’t have purchased. Definitely not worth $30.

My friend turned me on to these when I was telling her how bad my hot flashes were at night. She gave me my first one and I have since then bought two more. I use mine on the back of my neck and back. I don't know how I lived without them.

I got this to put in my son's car seat for when we are in the car to keep his back cool. Because we all know when a kid is in a carseat no matter how high you have the air, thier back is still going to be hot but this actually stops it completely and he's much more comfortable thank you so much
